Welcome to my commission page! Thank you so much for showing interest, below you can find out how it works, where you can contact me, and other important bits!I have a passion for art, and thrive to learn many different aspects of it. In the future, you can expect more commission types including backgrounds, landscapes, etc. Currently, I am focused on semi-realistic portraits!

how it works

Submit Your Request
You can send me a detailed description of your project, including reference images, character descriptions, and any specific ideas you have via Instagram DM or email ([email protected]). I'll review your request and get back to you with a quote!
Confirm and Pay
Once the details are confirmed, I will send a contract for both of us to sign to ensure everything is correct. Then, you can order the commission through Ko-Fi.
Review and Process
You'll have the opportunity to provide feedback during the sketch and colour stages to ensure you get what you want, to the best of my ability! There will be limitations to this, however, with are outlined in the Terms of Service.
Completion and Delivery
Once the final artwork is approved and paid for, I will send you the high-resolution files via email.

Commission Pricing

Prices vary based on the complexity and intended use of the product. Here is an overview for the currently available types of commissions:

With the semi-realism portrait commission type, you can provide me with a photo of a portrait (which shows a maximum of 2 people).

With the custom portrait commission type, you can provide me with a wide range of reference photos, descriptions, Pinterest boards, etc. that convey your mental image in high detail. This detail is to ensure that I will know exactly what you want for each feature.

Terms of Service

1.general terms

By commissioning the Artist (referred to as "the Artist"), the Client (referred to as "the Client") agrees to the following Terms of Service.
The Artist reserves the right to decline any commission request at their discretion. Furthermore, commissions will not be treated as 'first come, first serve'.
All communication regarding commission details, revisions, and progress updates will occur via email, which will be provided if the initial order was placed through Instagram DMs.
The Artist's work is digital and digital only, the Artist is not required to ship any physical goods.
Work-in-progress sketches may be sent and asked for, but the Client can also request to keep it a surprise.
The Client or any other parties are not allowed to mint the Artist's commissioned and pre-existing artwork as an NFT (Non-Fungible Token).
The Artist does not permit for the Client or any other party to feed their artwork into AI-software.
The Artist does not permit the Client or any other party to use or plagiarise any content created by the Artist.
These Terms of Service are subject to change at any time, and the most recent version will apply to future commissions.

2.payment terms

Payments are to be made via Ko-Fi. A quote will be provided before payment, and the Client then selects the correct commission listing on the Ko-Fi website, including the commercial tier they would like to add (which will be stated in the quote, as well). The Artist will not start the artwork until full payment has been received.

3.artwork specifications

The commission details (portrait type, character description, etc.) will be agreed upon in writing before work begins.
Any changes to the agreed-upon specifications must be requested before the sketch phase is completed. Major revisions after this phase may incur additional fees, which will be quoted and paid through Ko-Fi.

4.revision policy

The Client is entitled to two rounds of revisions during the sketch phase, free of charge.
Minor revisions (such as color adjustments) are allowed during the line art and coloring phases.
Additional or significant changes requested after the sketch phase will be subject to a revision fee that depends on the size, time, and effort of the change.
The Artist retains the right to decline excessive revisions outside of the agreed-upon terms.

5.delivery of artwork

Upon completion of the artwork, the Client will receive the final high-resolution digital files via email.
The Client is responsible for saving the files upon delivery.

6.copyright & commercial use

The Artist retains full copyright ownership of the commissioned artwork. The Client will not
The Client is granted commercial use rights only if purchased. Rights will vary depending on the tier purchased:
Personal Use (No additional fee): The Client may use the artwork for personal purposes, which including sharing on social media, printing for personal use, or displaying digitally. The Client agrees to provide credit to the Artist where applicable.
Tier 1: Promotional & Limited Commercial Use (+50% of the base price)
For small-scale uses like social media, personal websites, book covers, and limited-run prints. The Client agrees to provide credit to the Artist where applicable.
Tier 2: Full Commercial Use (2x the base price)
Suitable for mass production, merchandise, and larger commercial projects, such as product packaging and extensive advertising. The Client agrees to provide credit to the Artist where applicable.

7.sharing of artwork

The Client agrees to give credit to the Artist whenever the Client shares the artwork publicly (via tagging).
The Artist retains the right to share the artwork for promotional purposes on their own platforms or to use the artwork in their portfolio unless specifically restricted by the Client, which must be formally agreed upon in a written statement before the start of the work.
If the Client wishes to restrict the Artist from sharing the artwork until a specific date (e.g., for a special event), this must be agreed upon beforehand in a written statement.

8.right to refusal & cancellation policy

The Client may cancel the commission at any time. The refund policy is as follows:
Before work begins: Full refund of the payment.
After work begins but before completion: If less than 50% of the work has been completed, the Client will receive a 25% refund of the total price. If more than 50% has been completed, no refund will be issued.
After completion: No refund will be issued.
The Artist reserves the right to cancel a commission due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the Client will receive a full refund.

9.deadlines & late delivery

The Artist will make every effort to meet the agreed-upon deadline. In the event of unforeseen delays, the Client will be notified as soon as possible and a new deadline will be agreed upon.
If the agreed-upon deadline is deemed unachievable by the Artist, a new deadline will be set in a written agreement between the Artist and the Client.
If the artwork is delayed by more than seven days beyond the agreed deadline, the Client may request a 10% discount. If the delay extends to more than 14 days, the Client may request a 20% discount.
In extreme cases where the artwork is delayed by more than 21 days, the Client may choose to cancel the project and receive a full refund.

10.client responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide clear communication and prompt feedback during each stage of the commission process.
Failure to provide necessary reference materials or feedback in a timely manner may delay the completion of the artwork.
The Client acknowledges that failure to communicate or respond in a timely manner may result in the Artist proceeding with their best judgment.

11.legal binding

By commissioning the Artist, the Client agrees to these terms, and both parties understand that this agreement serves as a legally binding document.
Any amendments to these terms must be agreed upon in writing by both the Artist and the Client.
